Part 5-”Brought Back From the Sword”
“After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.”-Ezekiel 38:8
The forensics of the early passages in Ezekiel 38 is crucial to understanding what this prophecy means and to whom it applies. Most prophecy teachers have built on pre-existing renderings without taking the time to dissect the language; and have reaped the compounded errors. The Third Day study begins with this arduous task to gain a perspective not found in other teachings.
The While the language is deeply veiled, it has connections to a larger body of scripture which opens up the identities of the players and actions in Gog/Magog through root word identification, metaphor and simile, and the context established previously in our studies.
